Nick has been in the Financial services industry for over twenty years. His passion for the industry was weighed primarily in the ability to work directly with families and businesses in a way that would truly impact their lives and the generations that follow them.

After working across several major companies throughout his career, Nick decided to build his own Firm to fully realize his vision for a business model that would arm clients with the knowledge and tools to plan for their tomorrow. Nick takes an educational approach to Financial planning. He aims to lead his clients down the right path while providing a complete picture of the road ahead. Part of his comprehensive process involves his team members and the unique skills they offer to best serve the clients of Inspire Wealth.

In addition to providing clear action steps, Nick encourages his clients to use their wealth as a tool to create memories along with a legacy enjoying the wealth they have built with their loved ones now and creating lasting memories before leaving it behind for future generations to inherit.

When it comes to making memories and family values, Nick likes to practice what he preaches. He and Jen, his wife of seventeen years, enjoy spending time at their family cottage on Long Lake with their two children, Toby and Olivia. They enjoy all sorts of quality time, from off-roading on the trails to relaxing sunsets. For Nick, helping his clients achieve the comfort and confidence to enjoy their wealth with their family, as he does, is his life’s greatest passion.

Steve began his career as an educator, teaching English and social studies before becoming the principal of Hartland Middle School at Ore Creek. Delivering high-quality education for over thirty years prepared Steve for the second phase of his career with Inspire Wealth, where his focus remains on education.

Steve takes great pride in his responsibility to provide the best information, resources, and guidance possible for clients to make thoughtful and well-informed decisions for their Financial future. His natural spark for helping others along with his extensive educational background makes him a perfect fit for explaining and implementing complex ideas and concepts while providing clarity to clients regarding their financial picture and the steps ahead.

Along with the client services that Steve offers at Inspire Wealth, he also runs workshops and educational forums designed to provide Financial resources and insights. Steve has always believed in the power of education to shape and empower individuals. The transformative effect of knowledge in the financial realm has been deeply gratifying as it allows Steve to build lifelong relationships in his community.

Outside the office, Steve is the master of board games and puns, which he greatly enjoys with his family. He and Jodie, his wife of thirty-two years, have two grown sons, Sam and Danny, one grandson, Cooper, and seven nieces and nephews. They enjoy spending time together camping near Lake Michigan or vacationing near Charlevoix whenever they can. Steve continues working as an instructor for the Reaching Higher personal leadership development program and is actively involved with the Hartland Teen Center.

Mike has founded and directed multiple businesses. His career began in Detroit, Michigan in 1984 as president of Belmont Packing Company. Building from almost scratch, this firm grew from 12 employees to 230 employee’s topping out at $160 million in revenue becoming the top grossing independent food distributor east of the Mississippi river.

After selling that company and its subsidiaries, Mike began a Bloomfield Capital Management in 1997, a financial services firm, revolving around executive benefits. Mike accumulated all necessary securities licenses and accumulated 35 million of money under management and life insurance sales of approximately 2 million in target per year. Mike sold Bloomfield Capital Management and moved to Atlanta Georgia where he Joined BISYS Insurance Services in 2005.

Mike received honors of being in the top 100 producing representatives in his first year. Mike saw the need in the Independent Insurance Brokerage space for advanced planning services and began Fortress Brokerage Solutions in 2007 with his Partner Tom Ungashick. Securing a direct distribution agreement with Minnesota Life and Master General Agent contracts with other major National Insurance Carriers, Fortress Brokerage Solutions has grown to 80 million in annual target sales. Fortress Brokerage serves agents and the agencies which with they work, throughout the United States providing education, case design, case management, and other services involving risk management products.

Mike began a Medicare insurance distribution company in 2016 with a new partner, Robert Favata. Essential Insurance Solutions grew from 0 to 1100 advisors’ distributing close to 12,000 new Medicare policies per year in 2019. Mike began Smartlife Financial group in 2018 with the idea of expanding the business offering into investment portfolio’s and tax related products.
